Sometimes you just need to disconnect from anyone

Extroverts don’t understand this, as they are energized and thrive by interacting with others. As an introvert, if I don’t get my alone time, I tend to get exhausted quickly dealing with other people for prolonged periods of time. Don’t get me wrong, I love my friends, but I have to have my alone time to reflect and recharge. ~ Cynthia Majors 
 
I am an introvert married to an extrovert, he doesn’t need alone time and is always busy, or has to have music, the computer or the the tv on or talking with people at work all day and then at home on the cell or chat in the evening.
